The third bedroom is smaller and is located at the front of the home, off the kitchen. Located just by the front door, it has easy access to the front yard/drive.

The living room is large and continuous with the kitchen & eating area. Two sliding doors exit onto screened porch at rear of house.

The screened porch is just a few feet from the dock, swimming pool, and outdoor shower.
